ClutchMax introduces solid flywheel conversion clutch system for 5th gen Acura Integra, 10th gen Honda Accord and Civic with 1.5L Turbo. This system provides 60% increase in horsepower and torque holding capacity with excellent drivability characteristics. Proprietary HD pressure plate provides a more consistent pedal feel, clean release and smoother load transfers between shifting engagements even at 10,000 RPM. Full faced sprung hub disc replaces factory rigid hub for smooth clutch engagement while reducing drivetrain shock. One piece solid 4140 chromoly lightweight forged steel flywheel is CNC machined and balanced within 0.100 oz for smooth operation at all RPM range.

Solid Flywheel Upgrade Clutch Unit:  A stock clutch set up on 5th gen Acura Integra, 10th gen Honda Accord and Civic with 1.5L Turbo uses a dual mass flywheel. Dual mass flywheels are generally heavy and leave a lot to be desired in terms of performance and durability under both street and track driving. One of the easiest ways to change the driving characteristics is to delete the dual mass flywheel and replace it with solid flywheel that is significantly lighter. Combination of lightweight solid flywheel, smooth full face sprung disc and reinforced pressure plate provides faster engine response and better feeling clutch.
