RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
The customer may return the product within 30 days from the purchased date for a refund or replacement as long as the product is in original brand new condition. For the replacement request, the additional fee such as processing fee or upgrade fee may occur. Each and every component must be in the exact condition as it was shipped. The product must not be installed, assembled, or damaged. If the received return is not in the same condition as shipped, no refund may be given. Make sure the returning product is securely packaged to prevent any shipping damage during transit. Any and all remorse returns such as bought-by-mistake, and changed mind are subject to 10% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the purchasing product is the correct and compatible with their vehicle before making the final payment. A restocking fee will not be charged if an incorrect product, different from order detail, was received. The customer must prove incorrect receipt of the order prior to return with photos of the received product showing all components and box attached with our shipping label. The additional shipping cost paid for expedited shipping will not be refunded. The customer will only receive a refund for the components that were returned.
All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund or replacement. In order to return the product, the customer must first obtain a Manufacturer Return Authorization number (RMA). Please contact us via email to obtain the return information including RMA number and the address of the return facility. Return without RMA included inside the returning package or RMA not labeled on the outside of the box may not be issued any refund. The customer is always responsible for the return shipping cost. ClutchMAX is not responsible for any returning package 'lost during transit.
