ClutchMaxPRO provides replacement part on authorized purchase of a ClutchMaxPRO products. Simple as that. 


1. BUY a ClutchMaxPRO product and REGISTER.
You must have a valid purchase through an authorized ClutchMax | ClutchMaxPRO retailer and apply for authorization code on the purchase within 30 days of purchase to participate. If your purchase was not supplied with our Lifetime Warranty Card, your purchase does not qualify for this program. Once successfully verified, your will be issued an authorization code to write on your Lifetime Warranty Card. Under no circumstance will we take back parts that are not ours. We inspect all parts upon arrival. If we receive a part that is not ours, we will charge you to ship it back or discard it.

- When you need to file a warranty and need a replacement, you MUST purchase the new replacement part directly from first. Once you receive the replacement purchase, contact us for a warranty returns form, then you can send the initial item you purchased back to us. Upon receipt of the part, we will issue you the refund against your new replacement order. We do not cover the cost of upgrades of any kind. Absolutely no return or warranty claim will be accepted without our fully completed returns form. Returns without fully completed warranty returns form will be disposed and no refund will be provided. We do not cover the cost of shipping.
