Authorized Dealer Terms

By submitting this application, you agree that as a ClutchMax dealer you will:

• Not advertise ClutchMax products below retail price (MAP) without prior written authorization.
• Not combine ClutchMax products with parts from other manufacturers without prior approval.
• Use ClutchMax products only for their intended applications.
• Keep all dealer discount levels confidential.

Any violation of these terms will result in termination of the dealer agreement. Please confirm your acceptance by selecting “I agree” in the application form.

Dealer Updates

Once approved, ClutchMax can send you product updates and access to our Media/Data Center — product images, pricing, press releases, and new-application announcements. Your information stays confidential and is never shared or sold; no unsolicited emails.

Dealer Agreement

Dealers are prohibited from advertising ClutchMax products at prices below retail unless prior authorization has been obtained. Dealers may not use ClutchMax products in combination with parts from other manufacturers without prior approval. Additionally, dealers must not use ClutchMax products for applications other than those intended. Dealers are also required to maintain the confidentiality of discount levels. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in the termination of the dealer agreement.

This will include product images, pricing, press releases, and more on new product applications.
